  • No. Sacred Touch is strictly therapeutic bodywork.

    There is no genital touch and no erotic intention. Clear boundaries and professional draping are maintained at all times so your body can relax in safety and trust.

  • Yes. Undressing fully is recommended so the body can receive the work without restriction, and jewellery should be removed before the session.

    Professional draping is used at all times, with only the area being worked on uncovered. This helps maintain comfort, privacy, warmth, and ease throughout the session.

  • There is no breast work and no genital touch in this service.

    Upper chest and sternum work may be included only with your clear permission. When offered, it is used therapeutically to support breath, fascial release, and nervous system regulation.

    You can decline any area at any time.

  • Before your session, drink water, eat lightly, shower if possible, and avoid coffee or energy drinks for a few hours beforehand.

    After the session, drink water, rest, avoid overstimulation, and give yourself space to settle. This helps the body integrate the work more fully.

    If you have injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy related considerations, please mention this when booking.

Before your session

  • You are welcomed into a calm, grounded space and we begin with a short check in.

    This allows time to understand how your body is feeling that day before the bodywork begins. The session starts slowly so the nervous system, fascia, and lymphatic system have time to progressively settle.

  • Sessions may include slow therapeutic touch, grounding hold, gentle rocking, and bodywork for the back, arms, legs, stomach, and upper chest when appropriate.

    The work is designed to support muscular release, fascia, lymphatic flow, and nervous system regulation through a slower and more intentional approach than a standard massage.

  • Yes. You can speak at any time, and you are equally welcome to remain silent.

    You can also ask to pause, change pressure, adjust positioning, or stop the session whenever needed. The session follows your comfort at all times.

  • Emotional release is normal and safe.

    Some women experience tears, warmth, shaking, softening, or a strong sense of release. These responses can happen when the body begins to let go of stored physical or emotional tension.

    Nothing needs to be managed or explained. The session continues at whatever pace feels right.

  • During the session, women often feel warmth, tingling, softening, deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of being gently held.

    Afterwards, many describe feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, and deeply rested. The body may continue integrating the work for several hours or days.

The session itself

  • Yes. That is completely valid.

    Nothing is assumed, and everything is guided by your comfort, consent, and boundaries. Many women find that the professional structure of the session, clear boundaries, ongoing consent, and a consistent pace, is what helps them feel at ease.

    You remain in control at every stage.

  • Organic cold pressed coconut oil is used during the bodywork. It is gentle on the skin, deeply moisturising, and well suited to slow therapeutic work.

    Premium non scented skincare may also be used on the face if you choose the optional facial ritual.

    Only clean, high quality products are used throughout the session.

  • Sacred Touch is designed for adult women seeking deep relaxation, grounding, emotional ease, and a more settled relationship with their body.

    It is especially supportive during periods of stress, overwhelm, burnout, emotional exhaustion, or long term tension held in the body.

Trust and suitability

  • Yes. A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied to your total session fee and is subject to the booking policy.

    • Restore (120 minutes) $400

    • Recalibrate (180 minutes ) $550

    Each session length is designed to allow progressive nervous system regulation. Longer sessions reach deeper layers of tension that shorter timeframes cannot access.

  • Because only a limited number of sessions are offered each week, booking a few days in advance is recommended.

    Last minute enquiries may still be possible depending on availability.

  • Sacred Touch is offered primarily as a mobile service, with sessions delivered in the comfort of your home across selected Australian cities.
