Sacred Touch is a professional therapeutic bodywork practice offering trauma-informed, non-sexual bodywork sessions for women.

Clinic appointments are currently available on the Sunshine Coast and in Canberra. Mobile appointments are also available across selected Australian locations, including the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Canberra, Newcastle, and Sydney, subject to practitioner availability and scheduled travel.

Sessions are delivered either at one of our clinic locations or at the client's home or private accommodation and are structured to support nervous system regulation, fascial release, lymphatic circulation, and stress response reduction.

Clinic & Mobile Appointments

Clinic appointments take place at the location selected during booking.

Mobile appointments are available in selected service areas and remain subject to practitioner availability and travel scheduling.

Clients attending a clinic appointment should arrive a few minutes before their scheduled appointment time to ensure the session can commence as planned.

Bookings & Payment

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This deposit is applied toward the total session fee. At the time of booking, clients must select either a clinic appointment or a mobile appointment (where applicable).

As session times are reserved exclusively, the deposit is non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, it may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment, subject to availability.

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the session, or missed appointments, will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Session times are reserved exclusively for the confirmed client and cannot be transferred to another person.

Bookings constitute agreement to these terms in full.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit 50% of the session fee.

No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the session will forfeit the full session fee.

Sacred Touch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to practitioner illness, travel disruption, or circumstances outside reasonable control. In these cases, a full refund or rescheduled appointment will be offered.

Travel Fees

Travel fees apply only to mobile appointments.

Mobile sessions outside the Sunshine Coast are scheduled in batches when travel to a particular city has been confirmed. Clients in the same location are grouped within the same travel period at no additional travel cost.

If a client requests a dedicated trip outside a scheduled travel period, an additional travel fee may apply. This fee will be confirmed in writing before the booking is accepted and forms part of the total session investment.

Clinic appointments are not subject to travel fees.

Professional Standards

All sessions are conducted under strict professional boundaries, informed consent, and clear draping standards. Sessions are non-sexual in nature. Professional standards apply equally to both clinic and mobile appointments. Sacred Touch maintains a current National Police Check, available on request.

The practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session at any time if professional boundaries are not respected.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Therapeutic bodywork is not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions, injuries, medications, or contraindications prior to their session.

Sacred Touch does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any medical condition.

Client Responsibility

For mobile appointments, clients are responsible for ensuring their home or accommodation is reasonably accessible and provides a clean, safe, and suitable environment for the treatment.

For clinic appointments, clients are responsible for arriving at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may reduce the available treatment time.
